Final cleaning; sheets and linen for 12 persons (beds done at arrival).
Current costs as electricity, heating, cable TV, Internet Wireless ADSL; transfer first and last day including to ski room at the skilifts. Use of private ski room next to the slopes.
FREE USE OF WELLNESS SPACE WITH SAUNA (Nordic or Bio): only from DECEMBER 2008.
NOT INCLUDED:
- TOURIST TAX: 17.50 CHF/ 11 EUR per adult per week and
8.75 CHF / 5.5 EUR per child (6 - 16) per week
A tourist card has to be filled in the first day and allows some offers (like parking reductions)
- EXTRA PERSON: 50 CHF/ 35 EUR per week
- EXTRA SERVICES (special deliveries, cleaning lady, elektro-taxi): on request
VARIOUS
- Dogs are welcome on request.
- The Chalet is a non-smoking area.
- A cancellation insurance can be concluded at the booking
BOOKING AND PAYMENT :
- CONTRACT signed out by both parts.
- DEPOSIT: 40% with the booking.
- BALANCE: 60 % 1 month before arrival (together with tourist tax)
THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED
AFTER RECEPTION OF THE DEPOSIT (40%) !!!
